  Everything was just perfect!! We had a lovely stay!! We´ve been to many hotels but this one was deffinetly the best!!!!! The room, the spa, the food, it was all lovely and it was sooo nice they came with a big bottle of champagne and a lovely birthday cake for my fiancees birthday!! that was a big surprise! - Very nice hotel. The only negative thing I found about the hotel is that not all staff spoke Spanish, and as a Spanish customer and staying in Palma de Mallorca (Spain) the minimum I expect is all members of staff to speak the language!

  Location, staff attempts at responding to requests : they really tried.Spa is fantastic, but underused as guests dont seem to know about it - we talked to 7 + guests who had been staying for a week and they all thought it was an additional charge fopr entry - Everything (rooms, services, restaurants, staff, spa)

  The hotel is very nice and perfectly located in the park/forest. Food was extremely good both for breakfast and dinner; we had just breakfast paid but stayed for dinner a couple of times and did not regret. Beach itself is overcrowded but sea swimming area is spacious and water is clean.   Fantastic rooms and we were given a free upgrade on arrival. The staff were amazing and very accommodating both in the hotel, by the pool and in the restaurant. The restaurant was superb with a fantastic array of food on offer. We will definitely be back! - Excellent service, really friendly staff, beautiful hotel.

  Just returned from a week (26th Oct to 1 Nov) Band B . The hotel is excellent. Near a wonderful beach. Many long walks on the beach in the evening. Weather was good for time of year but on the cooler days we made much use of the indoor pool,sauna,gym etc. Lovely grounds, friendly and polite staff.
