  Decent basic accommodation. A bit tired and in need of a refurb but spotlessly clean & fine for the long weekend we had it booked for. Great location, right next to the beach. Unfortunately we didn't realise that just about everything shuts down on 31st Oct so if you're looking a winter break, possibly not the best place to go.   The hotel is located in a large, nice, green park with many trees. Quiet rooms with basic, but practical furniture. Nice, friendly staff, good food. 6 well maintained clay tennis courts, available for all day. - The staff were so attentive, rooms were immaculate. The resort had everything you needed. Myself and my partner had a really nice, clean en suite double room within the apartment with doors leading onto a huge balcony.   Isla Mallorca well deserves it 4 stars the breakfast buffet had a fantastic choice. The staff were very helpful. Being in a quiet area of Palma the facillities at the hotel refelected this every thing was available. our group of 9 were very impressed. - the staff - excellent trained , the room - excellent , everything was excellent
