The husband is a french chef and the food is some of the best you can get in Spain. And lots of fois gras! The rooms were spacious with all necessary comforts. Otherwise, just relax with a book and enjoy the majestic views and delicious food. - O Remanso dos Patos is a little gem of a hotel, situated in the truly beautiful Ribeira Sacra region. The hotel is full of character, and the restaurant is a delight. There is a lovely little swimming pool which is ideal for cooling off after a day's sightseeing- especially welcome as we arrived during a heat wave! Natasha, Antony and the rest of their staff were very kind and helpful.
