  The staff were very helpful but not all over us. The breakfast was very good and the swimming pool (the reason we booked) was not over used and very clean and safe. We thought the hotel should have been a 5 star and would stay again. - Staff very friendly and helpful!

  The room was comfortable, and very warm. There was a good wifi signal in the room, and parking right out front. The restaurant downstairs serves excellent meals for a good price. - The staff were very helpful

  We couldn't fault the Parador. Lovely quality new building with exceptional views. We booked it at the last minute via letsbookhotel.com at a bargain 80 euros as we were travelling past. I really cannot understand some previous negative reviews of staff as they were all very friendly and helpful to us. Maybe this is the problem We did not book either dinner or breakfast but the food served in the bar in - Our stay in Lorca was wonderful. The hotel is located at the top of a hill with wonderful views over both the city and the countryside. The accommodation is new, clean, comfortable and very good value for money. We took a tour of the site with a local guide who explained the Jewish history of the location and some of the excavation of the original Moorish castle. We ate in the dining room and found the menu different and interesting. The food and service was first class.
