We went to this hotel 2 years ago. They made a mistake with our booking so when I complained about it, the Manager of the hotel agreed to meet me and he gave us a room upgrade for free. Location was good not far from all the bars but far enough away to be quiet. The beach is 1 minute walk away. There is parking available off site but its close as well. The staff were friendly and the breakfast delicious. The free wifi in the rooms is a nice touch. - hotel staff very friendly and spoke excellent english, the hotel is very clean and modern, breakfast selection in the lovely dining area was very good. free use of the jacuzzis, roof top swimming pool and steam room. easy access to the beach, old town and the lively bars/clubs area.

Very clean and friendly staff and cheap. We wanted a one night stay and many Benidorm hotels do not do that. We would stay again but in a different room. We were going to the Benidorm Palace so it was handy location for us. Very good breakfast looking out to the pool not like in some hotels where the breakfast room is in the cellar with no windows.

great location for old town beach and night life, accomodation basic the towels and bedding changed as stated when booking .The staff were all spanish but had no problem when booking in and out when we had a small problem with shower hose they sorted it out without fuss and were very helpfull.already booked this accomodation again for april 2014
