  The hotel is very convenient to the Bilbao bus station, which was great for taking the ALSA bus as a comfortable, inexpensive, and easy way to travel from Madrid to Bilbao. Also the nearby bus station is the terminus for an inexpensive bus to the airport. And it was a pleasant walk thru the park to the Guggenheim. Wifi works fine and the staff were really gentle to ask if I was ok with the noise (I think they're repairing some things on my floor), or if I'd like to change my room.

  Very helpful staff, lovely rooms, good food available in the bar and good location for the Guggenheim - we took a tram which stopped only 100 yds from the hotel. - You got what you expected from staying at a 4* and the hotel staff were very helpful.
