  One of the best hotels I staied. View is amazing, very cozy room. At the first minute we felt like home. Good collection of books, there is even a coffe machine for exspressor. Certainly we will come again, if we go to Cape Town. Special word has to be siad about a host. Very nice woman and very helpfull. Internet connexion works perfectly. Very clean. The views to the city are incredible. I strongly recommend this guest house.

  Highly recommended! Burt and Bev are wonderfull people who really make you feel at home and let you do your own thing. Basicly the whole top floor is for the guests with great rooms with great views and own lounge/living room with a coffee machine, fruit, fridge with beer and wine. Just like you would have at home. Couldn't have wished for a better place to stay - Excellent location, easy to find and easy to park in front of the house. Great view from the balcony. Complimentary Nespresso coffee, tea, beer and wine. Confortable bed and clean room. Burt is very friendly and giving lot of advices on things to do. I'll come back definitely! - Clean, comfortable and in an excellent part of Cape Town. The area is safe enough to walk around and just up the road from the sea front. Burt, who is the owner is a wonderful host who will make you feel right at home. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Cape Town.

  Almost everything was excellent. Catherine and Michael are running a great job there. They care with everything, prepare you homemade breakfasts, deal with you so much that yo feel like staying at a friend's house in Cape Town. Facilities were sufficient for a bed&breakfast. Location was in a quiet street, not a dangerous environment. A market is ava - The architecture and the furniture, neo-vitorians, keep a strong caracter, in a very charming neighboodhoud situated in a hill turned to the ocean. Hosts Catherine, Craig and Michael, always efficient, kind and available, make a great team. It is fair to say that Michael's breakfasts were one the highlights of my stay in Cape Town.

  I liked the way staff go out of their way to help with relevant information. That made our stay a very comfortable one. Next time I visit Cape Town I will we consider staying with the Sweet Lemon B&B.   Heather and Lynn are great hosts and their staff all really nice. Villa Rosa is a beautiful old house in superb location in Seapoint, incl your view of the ocean from your balcony or veranda. It just took us 5min to walk to the bus stop and Hop on off. There are some really nice restaurants on Main street, too. Breakfasts are delicio - I loved everything about our stay at VillaRosa, it is close to everything that you can think of when visiting Cape Town, the likes of Table Mountain, V&A Waterfront (Roben Ireland), Camps bay and etc... I'm definetly going to stay at Villa Rosa on my next trip to Capte Town. My kids loved staying at Villa Rosa, they are super crazy about their stay. Thank you very much to all Villa Rosa Staff.

The hotel is full of character and beautiful - rooms are comfortable and equipped with everything you could need including bottled water. The breakfast was full of variety and delicious.
