BBC 1 was not available and I do not think BBC world should only be available on pay TV. - The personel was very friendly so was and the bus shuttle bus drivers.The room was very comfortable and in general everything was very good.

  This hotel was fantastic. My first time in Amsterdam and I had heard and read from reviews that the rooms in Dutch hotels were small - not at this hotel! I stayed in a twin room and there was plenty space! Beautiful shower and bath, with a toilet in a separate room.
