You could not wish for a better location. The hotel staff are awesome and some of the most helpfull and friendly I have ever experienced. The apartments themselves offer you a little bit of Amsterdam. The canal views are amazing and we loved having breakfast looking out on what felt like 1 of the best views in Amsterdam. -

We liked the location - very accessible/walking distance from the central train station and to the city center. Guests can simply pick up anytime, free bottled water, and apple/banana at the reception area. The warm cookie for incoming guests is a nice way to welcome everyone. Wifi works well. Breakfast is very good - a lot of choices. The sky lounge is a good venue to relax in the evening and one can get ample view of the city. I was part of a group of 8 who stayed for New Year. From the firstminute we walked in to the minute we left we received nothing but firstclass service all round. Понравился сам отель - в центре и при этом не очень дорогой.Обслуживание по европейски прекрасное, нас ждали, как наверное и всех гостей отеля. Прекрасный ресторан с видом на центральную площадь Дам (лучше всего занять столик у окна:) - Пожалуйста, напишите как минимум 15 слов

The staff was wonderful. Our refridgerator had a problem but they came within minutes to correct. We blew a fuse at 5 in the morning and again there in minutes to fix. Access to the hotel facilities was great too. But the staff is fantastic. There to help you and so friendly. Loved it. - Location and luxury

The hotel is brand new and was still being finished. The staff is young and friendly and were doing there best as all the kinks had not been striaghtened out, it opened a few days before we checked in. This hotel was the best we stayed at in Europe. The staff were helpful and friendly, the room was huge for Europe standards and because it is brand new, the facilities are to a very high standard, particularly given the price range. The rooms are soundproof and warm, and the bathrooms are really large. We stayed in a standard room and would definitely stay there if we visited Amsterdam again.
