Tthe “Superior Quadruple Room” (the Pacha room if you are looking at the
riad’s website) easily accommodated two married couples (one double bed
and two twin beds that the staff had pushed together) in somewhat
separated/private areas. The room also had a comfortable couch on
which a short person or child could sleep. The common areas of this riad
are among the most intricately, ornately, and opulently decorated (in a
good way) of any in which I have stayed. Lots of hot water. Staff was

We had an excellent stay in this authentic place, located just in front
of big dunes of Erg Chebbi. The hotel is located in Hassilabied village
(4 km from Merzouga). I've found this village much more pleasant

Merzouga too. You can walk from hotel to the big dunes by foot, takes
around 15 minutes. The hotel is run by berber family, very nice and
friendly. -
Very clean. Ali has his won teints and camels for the desert that makes all very clean and calm. He has a Land Rover for a 4x4 in the desert. The best guide from all Morroco. At arriving is best to email whit Ali to wait at the Supratours station in Merzouga(better price then the taxi and more confortable)

It's located in the centre of the souq and you do not expect to meet such a quite accomodation. The roof terrace is unbelievable. You have a perfect view on the medina and can enjoy the atmosphere. The Riad is about 400 years old and if you can have a look into the owners part.
The stuff including the owner is very helpfull and friendly. -

La Source is located in the small village of Hassi Labied, a 15min drive from Merzouga and a short walking distance from the Great Dune of Erg Chebbi. The view is wonderful from their terrace. The auberge is clean and welcoming, brothers Omar and Said treated us as real friends and their sisters cooked the best tagines. We would love to go back to La Source and definitely recommend you to choose them.

On a hill overlooking the town and has a nice view from the room balcony. The inside is very nice, and the room feels very cosy with the wooden walls.
Don't miss the motorbike ride it is great. -
The design, decoration and facilituies is just awsome. Spa is one of the best. Location and weather is very interesting. The people are very warm.

The staff were welcoming and friendly and were always ready to help.
Nothing was too much trouble - a real 'family' feel to the
hotel, although they have 10 rooms I think. The rooms were spotless and
beautifully decorated with a real eye for detail. Location is excellent
- very close to the gates so you don't have to carry your bags far. -

Beautiful hotel. Helpful staff. Excellent location very near Medina, but not in the midst of the ruckus. - It's a new riad and very pretty and unique inside. It's worth to stay there for the experience. It's right next to the medina (old town). All staff were very friendly.

We stayed for one night. The location is great for an overnight stop between Merzouga and Fes. The Riad is not difficult to find - the are many signs along Midelt's main road showing the direction to the riad. We walked into the centre of town, which is about a 15 minute walk.

The Riad provided a comfortable, convenient, most appealing place to stop for a night on the long drive from Fes to Ait ben Haddou. It's on the outskirts of the city, and delightfully quiet. Beautifully restored and decorated riad with a very friendly and helpful housekeeper. Note that the housekeeper has very limited English, but my high school French was sufficient to communicate easily with her. -
It's located in the Medina, but not on the busy part of it. Parking
was easy and took us less than 3 minutes walking to find the Riad.

great garden, spacious room, great breakfast in the garden - even with Tajine-fried eggs, after we complained about a few things (see below) we got a fast feedback and when the staff had changed the next day everything was great, no alcoholic drinks but we could bring our own wine for dinner -
