  It's located in the centre of the souq and you do not expect to meet such a quite accomodation. The roof terrace is unbelievable. You have a perfect view on the medina and can enjoy the atmosphere. The Riad is about 400 years old and if you can have a look into the owners part.   The staff were welcoming and friendly and were always ready to help. Nothing was too much trouble - a real 'family' feel to the hotel, although they have 10 rooms I think. The rooms were spotless and beautifully decorated with a real eye for detail. Located at Meknes Medina, just 7 minutes walk from the main square and 3 minutes from medina markets, it has a private car parking just in 100 meters nearby, thus you can come by car and leave it in a safe place.   Nicely restored riad. The impression is a bit minimalistic. The main structures (fountain on the courtyard, the woodwork and the gorgeous ceilings) are restored in classic style. This is complemented with simple, but comfortable ikea style furniture. Location in the medina is good.   Pretty cool. First place I stayed in 5 medinas that actually had signs pointing to its location. Nice rooms, hard beds, nice bathrooms. Also first bathroom where I had a shower curtain. Staff seem friendly enough. Best point was me taking the personal driver to Volulibis. I was hot and exhausted and didn't want to deal with the ridiculous taxis.
