The hotel was a comfortable business biased hotel in which there were facilities to relax for a prolonged business stay but probably not for a family holiday.   The hotel was awesome. It has nice marble tile floors, beautiful artwork. The staff was absolutely friendly, courteous and attentive. I was very posh and had many of the latest amenities like rfid room keys, smart tvs in each room, great shower and restroom. The decor was great. The restaurants on the premises are also great. My wife and I enjoyed our stag - Friendly and efficient staff. Restaurant was very good for dinner; perhaps less so for breakfast (limited choice). My room and bathroom were recently renovated and comfortable. Gym and reasonable pool. Excellent bar and staff. Close to Devon House and Bob Marley´s House as well as downtown business district and New Kingston.

  First off the staff at reception were very welcoming. Within 3 minutes were were sorted out and offered a complimentary drink. We had arrived early for booking and the staff was kind enough to ask the manager to have a room ready sooner since we were travelling with 3 kids. I really like the character of the buidling.
