We were very surprised by the comfort and value of this place, overall the best deal we could made in Sicilia in summertime. Walking distance (15 min) to the old part of Siracusa (Ortigia). Quiet and big comfortable rooms, everything looked quite new. Good breakfast.

The family who run the hotel are extremely helpful and nothing is too much trouble. The hotel has really good amenities including flat screen TVs and internet access/laptops in the rooms and is excellent value for money. Fantastic breakfast. - Very well located. To be able to lean out the window and look into the centre of Piazza Duomo was just amazing. Very clean comfortable room with a good bathroom, air conditioned and quiet thanks to two rows of double glazing. Sitting in the Piazza Duomo cafe having the included breakfast was fantastic and driving our car out of the hotel's garage through the middle of the pedestrian square like local residents was simply priceless. The owners were really helpful and we can thoroughly recommend this place.

We really loved the Hotel Livingston's neighborhood. Walking was a delight, there is a terrific gourmet Locanda nearby. Our room was large with two sets of French doors looking onto the street and to the sea and swimming rock! The bathroom was luxurious - loved the towel bathrobe and slippers. Breakfast was good with an extensive buffet.

This was....Paradise! An oasis of rest in the bustling life of Siracusa. Nice and friendly staff. Although only 3stars rated, it is worth a 5 star resort. The only one with a private beach, it was just great to start our trip there. For the boys they even could use a kayak which they enjoyed. Breakfast was amazing when comparing with Italy standards.

Antonio, the owner, is a superb host. He goes the extra mile to be helpful and make your stay a good one, helping with suggestions of what to do, where to eat, and did not hesitate to help with information about travel arrangements. The location was ideal for someone with a car, just two blocks from Ortygia and plenty of free parking available. The street was quiet, the room large and, although the decorations are very basic, very comfortable and very clean.
