We arrived very early and tied preparing to wait until the time our pre-booked standard room was available. We were immediately placed in a superior room at no extra cost. The hotel staff made us feel welcome right from the start of our stay and all our needs were met without our asking. We have no hesitation in recommending the Dina to others. The staff were very pleasant helpful and friendly. They upgraded us to a superior room upon arrival at no extra charge. The location was excellent for the train station, well lit up at night. bReakfast was excellent and a wide variety and the room was spotlessly clean especially the bathroom. A lovely quaint and special hotel.все обзоры »
At first,we decided to stay there because of its location. But on our arrival we found out that we're great luckies. We were very impressed by the romantic atmosphere that was in all the details around. Everything perfect! It was a really remarkable experience! I'm looking forward to my next visit there!. The Staff could not be more friendly and helpfull and the room's were well appointed for your comfort, big and nicely furnished as well as spotlessly clean. Location of the hotel was great, close to all transportation. Myself and my familt will stay there again and recommend it to anyone going to Rome.this was an amazing place to stay, way better than I was thinking it would be, americans be forewarned, EU is very old and things are not as big, you will not the same water pressure, expect this. It was close to everything...the Termini, St. Maria's Basilica, food, shops. We could visit many tourist attractions on foot!. near trancport comfortable. We could smoking. excellent. Very convenient location close to the railway and bus stations, most sights are in a walking distance. There is also a supermarket only two blocks away. We arrived at 11:30 am and got the room immediately. The staff were really friendly. All the sheets and towels were clean and new. Good breakfast. We would certainly stay there again. The hotel was very central. All the tourist attractions were in walking distance. staff were friendly. Rooms were comfortable and adequate for the price. Tooms were cleaned every day. near train station, friendly, high cp value. Proximity to Termini. Staff is nice.Friendly staff, very close to termini, good value, room temperature comfortable. Excellent location. Easily able to access Termini station. location. Great location (3mins from Termini), Staff friendly, amazing old liftand rooms cleaned (very well) every day. Happy to mind our luggage onour last day. Breakfast is simple (bread rolls, glazed croissants, cereal, juice and coffee) but filling and more than adequate. Rome isvery expensive for accomodation - Dina's facilities are simple but theyoffer very good value compared with others.Hotel is located close to Termini station which is good, but we heard the noise of the trains at night. Rooms are very good and clean. Very good value for money. location near to the Termini, very clean, good breakfast selection. Overall, excellent value for the price. My second roon (the first not having Air conditioning ) was excellent. Excellent location. location. Location. location was great ! staff frendly and all did speak english ! breakfast was ok !. Easy access to buses and trains. Simple environment, good staff.Cleanliness of room and bathroom. staff. Great location right by Termini Metro and Train Station. We were two friends who booked a private room and they upgraded us to a bigger room with 4 beds because they must have booked out their normal size 2 bed rooms. Friendly staff. cleanliness, close to termini station,
reception 24hrs. The staff made sure to put new soap, towels, and shampoo into the bathroom each morning - even if the old ones were not empty. breakfast is included, and not bad. cleanliness of the room. Within budget.close to Termini railway station. The reception lady working in the morning was very good for service.Good size room. Location. We stayed at Camera Doppio Standard. The room is wide enough, but all the things at this hotel are too old, especially, the shower and toilet. The location is very good, just a few minutes from Roma Termini. We felt un po' triste e pesante feeling for the lighting of the room. We do not recommend others to stay this hotel for long term. just location. Nothing. Just the location, but there are a lot of other good hotels with similar location. More extensive breakfest, brother selection. Very close to Termini train station. good location. nothing. In the event a proper description of the hotel was available I would not have chosen the hotel. It was certainly not 3 star class. Though the language used in the description suggests that restaurant facilities are available in fact there is no restaurant. I suggest that the website downgrade the hotel to 1 star or at the most 2 star.Location. The location of the hotel is central, everything is very easy to get to in Roma. However, the romans highstreet/downtown shopping center is outside the old roman walls, is across the Tiber not too far from the Vatican, if you stay inside the city walls, it is the oldest part of the city and shows it, it is also one of the poorer neighbourhoods.Rooms relatively small. Shower head broken and sprayed all over and overall hotel showed age.Rooms were small. cold glazed tile on the floor. A very minor point - it would have been nice if they had a 'hang yourtowels up and we won't replace them policy as with other hotels'. We hadfresh towels every day which seemed a little wasteful. The district of the Termini station is very dirty and unsafe. The breakfast could be better, no cheese, meat or something to put on the bread. Just jam and Nutella.Neighborhood near the Termini is OK...not picturesque, but OK. The room I was initially allocated had no working aair conditioning and I had to wait 3 days for a change of room. selection of food at breakfast. too noisy - apparently a lot of locals love to honk their horns and with the thin windows and walls we were kept up most of the night and more like a hostel with doors in the hallway opening and closing. It was the only place we stayed at in Italy, so pretty hard to compare value for money. The hotel advertises itself as three-star in quality, but my companions and I found such not to be the case. Much about the hotel - from the poor furniture and flooring to the kitchen smells wafting up into rooms facing the courtyard - seemed of rather low quality. Though the price was certainly great, I expected much better quality. Three-star expectations went unfulfilled. cleaning needs to be improved. very poor enterance, no room service, very poor breakfast. A bit noisy because of the traffic nearby and the in and out of other tenants of the hotel. No air conditioning, poor breakfast.Actually looks like 2 stars hotel - not 3. Dina hotel is rated as a 3 star hotel, however I would only consider it a 2 star hotel. The room was not the standard of a 3 star hotel.I thought the breakfast could be better. The hotel staff tried to open a lock of my room at 0330 in the morning when i was sleeping. I shouted and he got out of the way but it was so scary and unbelieable...They should focus on cleaniness in rooms and food area. This applies to even washing the cups well! Breakfast was not consitent, and not adequate. service was poor. Extremly noisy. Very, very poore breakfast, awful reception, ghastly sight of view from the window, the shower was allmost broken. They made check-out when just we came, so we should pay money first and than enter the room. This hotel is 2 stars but no way 3!!. very small room, non standard size bed. Everything. In particular, the bathroom in the room was too small and the breakfast was very poor. The quality of the hotel corresponds to a 2 stars hotel but no way 3!!. Plaid over bed looks horrible, destroyed whole feeling about room. This hotel is so dirty!! The sheets were dirty, the shower was filthy, there was dust everywhere. Myself and my husband were there for one night and wanted somewhere cheap and cheerful near the train station but there was nothing cheerful about this hotel. If it had been clean, it would have been ok - but the stains on the bed! I was shocked! 3 stars hotels should be clean!. very old, rather dirty, poor lunch, lazy staff, certanily not worthy 3 stars. bedrooms justworn and bedspreads very dirty. The hotel was over rated and over priced. The hotel was from the first floor and the room was very small for a 3 star hotel. I had to request an upgrade to an airconditioned room but it was not satisfactory. The bathroom plumbing was leaking and flooding the floor after use. Compared to some of the hotels on the same road the price did not in any event match the comfort or facilities.Clealiness and noisy, old not like in the photo atall.
