Friendliness and helpfulness of the owner. Patrizio had great suggestions for places of interest and fantastic drives. He gave us a private view of Tuscany - Beautiful location. Hotel is a few km outside of Montespertoli - reachable only by car. Nice breakfast. Our cheaper room was half underground and thus well temperated in high summer.

Beautiful nature, very frendly staff and all people in the hotel. Comfortable rooms, very nice food. Actually it is also winemade and oil ferma and there we can find very tasty wine and olive oil.
If you like meet, there you can eat the best steak the world from the florential beef. -

it was pretty close to the attraction we did in tuscany. We stayed there for 3 days and used this place as a base while explorig center of tuscany includin chianty. I personaly loved the place -

This was a lovely property surrounded by vineyards and olive trees. We
had a family (2 bedroom) apartment which was well laid out. The kitchen
was old but ok. The owners and staff were very welcoming and friendly
and it was a pleasure sharing meals (and lots of wine) with other guests
in the evenings. Breakfast was lovely. The whole atmosphere is

We spent 2 nights and wish it had been longer. Perfect get away. Owner
kindly lent us their bikes to roam around the vineyards and beautiful
countryside, we took a cooking class which was lovely. Their own
produced wine was great, the atmosphere friendly and the food was non
stop. All round pleasure. Oh not to mention they have a pool!
Highly recommended and we will return.
