  Everything is perfect. The location is good, in the central of the city just next to the Bacilica di Santa Maria. It is within ten mind walk to most of the tourist spots in town. But still, it's quiet in the night and allow me with a good sleep. The staff there are extremely helpful and friendly. And the room is clean and organized. The room is really spacious and the dividers are nice to give a little privacy. Because the rooms are spacious, it's not a big problem even if there is a snorer (compared to small bunk bed rooms in other hostels). Bathroom was clean and gets cleaned daily. Great location. The facilities are pretty basic, there's breakfast and computers and tv, that's about it.

Нам повезло, мы стали обладателями двухкомнатной квартирки, окна спальни выходили во двор, поэтому было тихо ( это важно, потому что в центре по узким улицам идут толпы туристов, громко разговаривая до глубокой ночи).   I stayed in the hostel for 9 nights, the staff is very professional, friendly, respectful and helpful, Alina is part of the staff and she gave me great advice on things and people in Florence. Very well located, is a very clean place.
