The staff was quite accommodating. We had decided to return our rental car the night before so not to hassle with it the morning of the flight. The staff set up the free shuttle to return us to the hotel and take us to the airport the next morning (15 minutes each way).
The restaurant was very good and wait staff (many family members who also own the hotel) were very friendly, polite and offered anything we wanted to eat either on or off the menu.

Everyone was extremely helpful and breakfast was great! - It was very easy to get the hotel's shuttle from the airport and I was very courteously received at the hotel. It was a great way to spend a night after traveling for about 20 hours by air.

It was exactly what you would expect from an Ibis hotel - clean, comfortable, efficient and very friendly staff. This hotel is probably the closest and cheapest hotel to Milan Malpensa airport. It has all the facilities one would require. We stayed two nights (between onward flight connections) - the shuttle bus took us to the airport (and return) on our free day so we could do some Milan sight-seeing and shopping - the Malpensa Express train is an excellent way to travel between the airport

Очень симпатичный, чистый и комфортный отель, удобен для того, чтобы переночевать рядом с аэропортом перед началом и в конце путешествия. Поздно вечером, к сожалению, уже не ходили автобусы, а таксисты с неохотой ехали на близкое расстояние, хоть и взяли 25 евро. - Близко к аэропорту, трансфер, большие номера.

We liked everything about this hotel and the staff could not have been more accommodating. The room was new, beautiful, stylish design and spotlessly clean. It was only 5- 7 minutes from the airport, but so much nicer than staying in an airport hotel for 2-3 times the price. The breakfast was wonderful and started serving at 630 am for early flight

I liked that the complimentary bus picks its clients regularly from the airport. I enjoyed the stylish decorations and a feeling of comfort which it provided.
