The property is spacious, private and gorgeous located a short walk from the busy centre. The pool is fairly large adjacent to indoor and outdoor dinning & bar; great for hours of relaxing. We were lucky to get a 1 bedroom suite with a huge bathroom. Breakfast was amazing. We stayed extra days!

The situation is excellent, into the port and just 50 meters from the ferries terminal. It's the best for those who travel with ferry.
It's also nice because the house is small and some of the rooms, overlooking the port have an individual veranda with table and chairs to watch the life of the port.

the reviews were right about the location.
it is literally 10 metres from harbour on one corner. there is just a 2 minute walk to shops and cafes as well - the hotels cafe was alongside and was good too.

My husband and I visited Seafront Studios 2 weeks ago. Along its perfect sea view, it is only a 20 minutes walk to the Chios Center. İt has been newly decorated hence every furniture in our room was as if it was newly bought. The owners are so friendly. We highly recommend Seafront Hotels.

Everything really. The owner(s) were really really nice and welcoming, very friendly, very helpful, they took the time to answer our questions and made the effort to speak in french.
The rooms had a nice decor, good natural lighting, clean, nice balcony and everything you need to do a bit of cooking.
Near Chios ( by car about 5 minutes away ) and the beaches yet it's away from the whole traffic center scrambles.

Lovely little hotel that is close to the port and the restaurants. Room is small but very cleverly and tastefully decorated, has a small balcony that is nice for relaxing. Staff is friendly and helpful.

This was the 4th place we stayed in during our 2 week visit to Chios. Frourio's was a great value in one of the quietest parts of Chios town yet only a few steps from the harbour and market. The apartment was very spacious, clean and recently renovated to the highest standard. Superb on all counts. -
