The rooms are very nice and clean and the family that runs the business does everything possible to make your stay comfortable and pleasant within a warm atmosphere. The hotel is not located in a big city but that is rather an advantage for someone who wants to explore the island because it is located in a central point of the east side, in almost equal distance from Rethymno and Chania. The Princesses thought the villas were wonderful, comfortable and spacious. All of l our visitors comment on the peace and tranquility and the beautiful location. It is a relatively old development of nine studios and appartments undergoing gradual refurbishment. So the rooms are much bigger than average. The location in Exopoli at the top of the hill behind Georgioupoli affords terrific panoramic views. The pool is big and 2.4m deep with a diving board - rare in newer places. Homely atmosphere.
