Staff was very nice and helped me with internet access when I didn't have a laptop with me - The bed was incredibly comfortable. The pool facility was clean and much appreciated (used daily). We stay for only one night. But, it was so joyful. The buffee breakfast is delicious and plenty food for choice. The coffee is great to tast. The stuffs are friendly. The room is spacious with kichen. The people stay in this hotel is friendly. We travel to Germany for 21 days from Taiwan. This is the best stay ever. We will book this hotel next visit bonn.
