Front desk was manned all the time. Apartment was very clean. rooms were spacious. Staff were helpful. No facilities to hold cases as we had a late flight but we left our cases in the main train station at a small cost and this worked out a lot better for us in the end. - The location, easy access to transport and central to accessing main sitesof

The apartment was the perfect size for a couple with extra pull out beds for a family group. Excellent kitchen and bathroom facilities and lots of storage. The apartment was pretty big and well equipped with everything you need for a few days. We enjoyed the BluRay Player! The restaurant is great for breakfast/dinner, with very tasty and modern cuisine. The apartment is in a good location, between PrenzlauerBerg and Mitte. The U-Bahn and StrassenBahn (BernauerStrasse) are just a few minutes walking from the apartment. You can go walking to the city centre (Mitte). In 20 minutes you are in Alexander Platz. And the best restaurants in Prenzlauer Ber

Location was great being close to the underground. We were given clear instructions on how to find the apartment and directions from airport. Nice apartment very close to the Bernauer Str U-Bahn Stn. These apartments are managed through the nearby Raja Jooseppi Cafe and, despite first appearances, this was in fact a lovely little cafe with very friendly staff and some of the best coffee in Berlin. The menu was limited but the food excellent.

We booked two appartments and both were very well equiped, clean and large enough for young people to hang out. I recommend this accommodation a lot. The staff was friendly. If you want a clean modern room on a budget it was very good although if you are looking for a social aspect wouldn't recommend. - Good location, walking distance to Alexanderplatz, Museum Insel, etc also U-Bahn station Bernauerstrasse. Room was not overlooking street, so in a quiet position looking onto a small, albeit scruffy, garden/courtyard.
