The hotel was absolutely great!!! Very centrally located, lots of shops, clubs and restaurants nearby. I arrived at Friedrichstrasse train station and walked in less than 5 min to the hotel. The staff was very nice and helpful with all kinds of information. Modern clean and bright rooms in a typical historic Berlin-building. Highly recommended! - L

the rooms were clean bright and comfortable. The staff were very pleasant, very helpful and had absolutely no problems speaking English to us when unfortunately our knowledge of German was minimal. Well equipped modern, comfortable and spacious room in a very interesting area in Berlin. Close to transport and within easy walking distance of art galleries, historical sites and quality shops, restaurants etc. Very friendly and helpful staff.

The location is very handy. We've been to Berlin a number of times and with the standard of public transport, most central locations will be ideal for discovering the city - the same applies to the Generator. Loads of places you can walk to, U-Bahn just down the road and Freidrichstrasse station very nearby also.

I stayed at the dorm room this time, and it was one of the cleanest dorm with most comfy bunk bed I've ever experienced.
The 6 bed female dorm was cute and funtional; each bed has its own power socket, head lamp, huge drawer.
The power shower was great too. The wifi was free with great signal up to my room.
I'm not a dorm-room fan, but I definately recommend this dorm for anyone who does.
The location is very close to most of attraction and metro. Supermarket, McD, KFC were a little bit far

The position was fantastic. S Bahn outside the door, yet only two blocks and you were over the ever at the first Museums . Trams outside the door also. Staff were more helpful and friendly than anywhere else, happy to make me a cup of tea late at night. Washing facilities, everything new, large room and bathroom. Plenty of lounge and outdoor court

Great location for exploring berlin, easy walk to all major site's and metro right outside front door. Place was very clean, room was a good size, had a good bathroom, was quiet and was very cheap for quality of rooms. Building also had a kitchen available to use and also free washing machine and dryer which is very handy. It's a mix of dorms and private hotel rooms (which i had) and i would stay here again when in Berlin.

В зимнее время достаточно тепло, хороший завтрак, вежливый и доброжелательный персонал, чистота в номере, отель находится рядом с метро. - Очень хороший отель. Очень тихо и чисто. Приветливый персонал, которого не видно почти :)
