  We are really enjoyed this apartment during our three days stay in Berlin. Location was excellent for us (5 min. Walk from S-Bahn station). We were able to reach the city center in ca. 30 min. From the apartment. Staff was extremely friendly and welcomed us upon arrival. They showed rooms, explained how to use stuff and etc. Rooms were very clean ... что говорят » and well equipped with almost everything we needed for our stay, relax and cooking. I asked to enable a Wi-Fi internet beforehand (we payed separately - Everything written by previous visitors about this apartment is true. Clean, comfortable, roomy, in a quiet and safe place, 5-7 minutes walking time from an S-Bahn station, very welcoming persons meeting you on the day of arrival. Choosing this place to stay in Berlin was really lucky for us. A little hint for those who will use the famous "tricky shower": turn the water flow to maximum, and the temperature will not be so volatile (lesser water flow can result in the heater switching off).

Excellent heating, very comfy bed and nice touches such as milk coffee teabags etc.when you arrive.   Everything! The location, whilst slightly away from the main sights was still only 10 minutes on the U-bahn. The apartment was wonderful, spacious, clean and very well equipped. Berlin at Christmas is spectacular, the budget for decorations must be immense and for anyone who loves Christmas its a must. The apartment was very nice, clean and homely! The big plus for us was a private car parking space. Great location- only 10min to the city center by metro! I highly recommend the place, will for sure stay there again on our next visit to the city!

  Enough places around the hotel to grab a snack, breakfast, coffee or a good german weisner. The hotel does not have reception but there is friendly staff around to help you. Late check in was not a problem, until 24:00. Coffee (nespresso 3 cups) was indeed available in the room and was refilled every morning.
