Stunning views from the room balcony. Liked the ambience of the hotel.
The beach at Villefranche is awful and absolutely rammed with people as
it is the only public beach for miles. Far better to use the hotels
private beach across the bay. The decor of the room was sweet but a
little dated as were the bathroom fitments. The breakfast at the hotel

is vastly overpriced at 17 euros- far better to eat breakfast at one of
the neighbouring cafes. -
The hotel is in the best location with an excellent view from your
balcony overlooking the harbour. The staff couldn't have been more
helpful and the room was very clean. Villefranche-sur-Mer is lovely and
has a train station for travelling to Nice, Monaco etc.

view is superb, we recommend to book this type of room (the difference
in prices is not so high). The room was clean. Excellent value for

A little ways from the bustling center of this not very bustling community. Pleasant room with a balcony overlooking the small-boat harbor. Our facilities were comfortable, kept scrupulously clean. The people at the desk were most helpful and (with the possible exception of a superlative example of "French reserve") a delight to ask about things.

Spacious, clean rooms. Excellent views. Very friendly and helpful staff.
Toilet was separate from the bathroom which was nice. They also offer a
laundry service at a very reasonable price, a large load for €10. Very
handy to bus stop and a number of shops including a supermarket. The

Very pretty and spotless hotel, with beautiful views over the bay. We
had a quadrupal room, which I worried may be too small with two
teenagers, but there was no need to worry as the room was very spacious
and partitioned into 2 sleeping areas each with their own shower and
toilet facilities. The hotel owners and staff were very friendly and
helpful, giving maps and tips on how to get about in the best manner.

This hotel has a classic 1970's feel about it. Le Corbusier meets
James Bond. Although some of the furnishings are slightly tired, I
wouldn't want to change a thing! This hotel is all about the
view. Fabulous views from the room, the bar, restaurant and pool. The
staff share a laid back family run atmosphere with a twinkle in their
eye. They have a real giggle with you if you can grasp a little
French. The whole of Villefranche sur Mer has a 1970's feel about

It was a really nice place were to be. Room was absolutely clean and every morning we had clean towels in bathroom. From the window we could see the bay and it is really comfortable to go to Monaco or Nice (bus stop is really close to the hotel). The beach is not too far from hotel, just 10 min walking. Owner was really gentle, friendly and explain us everything, plus he was able to speak French, English and Italian.

This was our second stay at this wonderful hotel and it was even nicer than the last time. I'm almost reluctant to recommend it because I want to keep it just for us! We loved our time here. The owner of the hotel is a genuinely nice person who was very helpful. We had a balcony which gave us a lovely view of the bay. We did not book this room originally but we were offered this when we arrived, thank you.

The location is fantastic. Close to beaches, lovely villages and good walks. Swimming pool. Reception were helpful in setting up wifi. -

is more than a hundred years old -, it is clean and well-kept.
Breakfast, served by a wonderfully friendly woman in a quaint dining
room, is abundant and of excellent quality. The staff is welcoming and
helpful, and almost every member speaks French, English and Italian. We
stayed in a double room looking out onto the village and it was spacious
and well-furnished, with a large bathroom full of high quality
