  The wonderful hotel for many reasons. 1) The decor is extraordinary. In the wildness of beautiful mountain, overlooking river and garden. 2) The gentleman(Francis) at the reception at the time of our check-in and check-out was especially kind,attentive and professional who made our stay pleasant from the first step.He was a treasure! 3)The room i... что говорят » s well equipped with a good shower, hair dryer, wifi, a good quality of bed and a nice view. 4)The hotel is renowned for its spa, so there is a facili - A beautiful peaceful hotel, suits the older generation and those keen on a thermal spa which is great. The staff are all very kind however it is beneficial to have very good French language skills here, as very few of the team spoke English. The food is exceptional, the location is beautiful, the rooms are comfortable, I would not recommend this for young children, and only for teenagers who are happy to relax, play tennis, swim and enjoy the thermal spa.

  Excellent welcome. Everything possible was done for our comfort and warmth. The owners searched the weather conditions on the internet which prevented us getting held up in the snow. Lovely breakfast with extra provided to make picnic lunch- bonus as we were travelling. Fabulous view of Canigou mountain. Uncommonly open and generous with amenities such as plates, snacks, cutlery. Attractive facility (large nineteenth century house on park-like grounds) close the center of the town.   This is one amazing hotel. We were offered a selection of two rooms – the Indian one and the Moroccan one. Both rooms were amazing. A great swimming pool, yard, sauna and spa. Beautifully designed with attention and care. When we have arrived, we were greeted with a regional aperitif. The owner – Mary-Clair – was very charming and friendly. Very accessible. - The room was large and comfortable,and the other open facilities excellent, Top rate breakfast ,and hospitable ,friendly hosts who have obviously worked very hard to restore the building.On the edge of Prades,and therefore quiet, but only a short easy walk to the centre of town.
