We were able to truly relax as the children were off exploring while we ate b - We were only booked in overnight on our way to Calais from Carcassonne. We arrived after a 7 hour drive so a dip in the outdoor heated pool was a welcome and rejuvenating experience. The house is very romantic and charming and set in its own grounds so it is perfectly child friendly. Our hosts were extremely friendly and spoke perfect English.   The welcome we received on our arrival after a very long journey was exceptional. The dinner that evening was so flavoursome and delicious. Brinon is a beautiful village and the Auberge du 7 displayed the village to the best.
