Tony and his mother, who run the hotel, are very friendly and have lots of advice. The location is in the heart of the tourist area and close to all amenities. I thoroughly enjoyed my time at the Comfort Hotel and the price was very reasonable. - The location is perfect: very close to the city center and to the Tsarevets Fortress. The view is gorgeous: you can see the Tsarevets Fortress form the room's window. The owners are very friendly and helpful.

  The staff was really friendly and helpful, our car wouldn't start and even though we could not understand eachother in english they somehow managef to help us with the car, which wa totally out of their obligations. They made a nice breakfast cooked by them, decilious on the spot donuts.   I like the personal and i like that they have a garage and they were nice to help us to put the motos in. I liked the bathroom and the room. - Very good, central location and quiet area, with a nice park nearby. Parking space, nice rooms.

  Having previously lived in Bulgaria, I know what represents value for money there - and Hotel Bela Neda certainly offers that! Set amidst the quaint cobbles of the 'old town', you're still only minutes from shops, bars and restaurants in the centre.
