very good breakfast, the room was comfortable,clean, cosy with perfect view, good services - The hotel is fantastic with great facilities!!The price for the facilities that they offer is great!! The good thing is that they are trying to improve the services and talk all the time to their staff!!

Отдыхала в отеле в конце января. Была приятно удивлена соотношением "цена-качество", я бы даже сказала - качество выше цены. Очень вежливый, доброжелательный персонал. Чисто, уютно, любая просьба и пожелание выполняется моментально. И все с улыбкой и благодарностью. Оплатили завтрак и ужин- не пожалели- вкусно и разнообразно.

Так хорошо после катания поплавать и погреться.Особо хочется отметить высокий профессионализм сотрудников спа-салона.Очень понравились - friendliness of staff , spacious rooms , swimming pool , sumptuous breakfast ( included in price !! ) - when we got there we got a room that was cold,there was no light in the corridor outside the room,and the telephone was broken. After a chat with the hotel manager we got a very good room . Though all that took almost an hour (evening) while we were very tired and that was the time we planned to spend in the swimming pool,which was closed by the time we got arranged in our room.

Absolutely great friendly staff, Eva can help you to arrange everything, Mario can assist you at any time, Via does fantastic Balinese massage and everyone else is just as wonderful. The hotel has a nice atmosphere, very cosy bar with a fire to relax after a ski day! Also hot jacuzzi outside was very nice. The room was spacious and quiet. Breakfast was good. Shuttle bus runs every 15 minutes to take you to the gondola and back. On the whole my stay was extremely pleasant!

I was impressed by room's size-around 30 sq m. In fact, it was the largest hotel room I have ever been to. The view from our room was fantastic- mountains:). In addition, the staff seemed very friendly and polite. Hotel's spa facilities-excellent as well as nice size swimming pool. In regards to our breakfast- lots to choose from: English breakfas

We were in the apartment for 3 person. We liked the view to the mountain, the location that is upper on the mountain, it's quiet and relaxing, the spa, the big pool, the heated chairs, the fireplace at the entrance, the polite staff.
The design of the rooms is very modern.
We had all the amenities in the kitchen (we even had a dish washer). Bathrobes and slippers are provided on the reception.

In fact we stayed in the appartments of the hotel, because it was said that on the day of our arrival they had a problem with the internet, so they did n't see our booking, so they kindly took us to the appartments. - A good and new hotel, close to the ski lift. Friendly staff, nice spa center.

This is a great place and excellent value for money. Our apartment was spacious and light with well equipped kitchen that come handy as we did not feel like eating out. SPA facilities are excellent, large swimming pool and relaxing Jacuzzi, sauna and steam room. I particularly liked the lobby with the roaring fire place really welcoming and cosy.

This hotel is Excellent and I would give it full 10 marks. Unlike other
places we stayed in, with this hotel you get what you see on the
pictures and description. We stayed in a studio apartment which was
specious, with modern furniture, clean and warm. The bed was very
comfortable. The facilities in the hotel are also very good and
importantly they were clean. We thoroughly enjoyed using the pool,
Jacuzzi and steam room. The service is also first–rate and we found the
staff extremely helpful.

Nice view from the window. Big apartment, quite and noisy district. In the room is the small kitchen with toaster, microwave and everything to prepare a meal. The staff is nice. And breakfast is quite good.
