The excellent location near the city's center. Very friendly and helfpful staff and the fantastic medieval decor within the hotel. Bedroom was spacious and very attractive with excellent air conditioning
Would speak most highly of this hotel to others and would stay there again. - Location of hotel by canal and close to city centre. Very pleasant clean and comfortable rooms. Excellent choice and presentation of breakfast foods. Hotel lounge area very comfortable. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again if we have the opportunity to visit Bruges in the future. Would certainly recommend to friends and family.

The room was a standard double room with a massive bed and comfortable pillows. - A small, intimate hotel, with comfortable ,clean rooms,a lovely staff and a good variety of healthy choices for breakfast(included in room rate). Also, on Sunday they let you check out at 5:00p.m. A real bonus when you have a late train. I will look for other NH hotels when I travel from now on.
