Helpful and friendly and gave us information on things we asked them about.And she let me stay in our room after checkout as my partner was moving all our belongings. - Friendly lady and gentleman in charge, easy to find, room was clean and comfortable and good value for money.

  Clean and comfortable. I very much liked that they caterered very well for smokers with facilities outside each room with nice little table and chairs.   Didn't know the Ridgemont existed until I found while searching on line, a little secluded but close to most things around the city. My wife and I had an upper level room for 2 nights, brilliant view, great to sit on balcony looking out over Strand and Maggie Island. Good value. Requested 6 meals, 2 x 3 types,(on a night meals not usually served)... что говорят » and was very pleased with service, quality and quantity. Great view from dining area. Didn't get around to utilising the pool, spa or BBQ are but the - Proximity to The Strand, a credit to Townsville Council. Room was clean and neat. TV needs replacing soon, screen pixelating continually. Reception staff (owners ?) were very helpful with directions.

  The staff were great very helpful courteous polite and friendly we had a problem with our hot water and when advised of problem the staff had it fixed as soon as the could the motel was close to everything we wanted and had everything we needed, we enjoyed our stay very much and will use the motel again, nothing was to much for any of the staff EX... что говорят » CELLENT - Staff are very freindly and helpful - offered to upgrade us for only $10 extra. Gave us keys to two rooms to compare prior to checking in so we could see for ourselves which room was better. Great location and parking at door.   Location was fantastic. We could easily walk to many places including for eating and swimming. Room was a good size and had a lovely outlook onto the palms and garden. Gentleman at reception was very helpful. Great to have parking available under the building. The location was excellent very close to fantastic restaurants and we had a fantastic view from our room. The room was clean and comfortable. Having the small kitchen was very good. The staff where excellent. I would certainly stay there again and recommend the room to anyone going to Townsville.

  I like that it had a pool and was close to shops and take away. I stayed with 2 children and the fact that I didn't have to be in and out of a car all the time we could just walk to get food or to Stocklands was good. - Friendly staff Easy access to the hospitals. Clean and tidy facility.
