The hotel was really great. The concierge was more than helpful. Ilios
and s3 restaurants were great (order a sandwich and a salad splitted
into two plates if you want to share with your couple at Ilios) as well
as the Starbucks located on the first floor. The Starbucks prices are at

hotel and you will always find a spot; you can request towels directly

Good room with nice big bed (king). We had a suite which is nice because breakfast in America is not what it is in Europe (so you can make your own in the kitchen ;)). Staff was good, although it sometimes took some time for them to answer the phone. It's nicely located, and the balconies give a nice view of the city and/or the see.

Great staff, good price and location, nice pool and grounds. It was an
older place that needs to be updated, however I was in a suite next to
the office and it was quiet, no mold or odor of cigarette smoke in the
room, fast wifi, and able to be on Fort lauderdale strip in a minutes
walk, and walk to the intra coastal to take a water taxi anyplace

The fact that a small mom'n'pop two story hotel can survive
along those high rise $400 a night big name hotels . Abondant vegetation
feels like an oasis in the desert . Excellent nightlife and dining
within five minutes walk . But most important ; the view on the second
floor and the twenty seconds walk to the beach .

I had the canal and sea view with kitchen. Large bedroom with room to
move and sit. Front room dining table, coffee table again plenty of
room. Good to have a side board at entrance to put items used locally.
The Galleria is next door, good shopping and food hall. If you have a

The Gallery One was wonderful in every way! The rooms were spotless(I loved the kitchenette and the separate living room), and the staff was attentive to our every need. I also liked the location-a short walk to the beach and right off the waterway. I would stay agai!

We booked the studio, which was fantastic. We were there for 3 nights
and were sad to leave. Clean spacious and well equipped. The small
complex was lovely and a real Art deco jem...it is quaint and
practical....loved it ! -

The hotel is really well located and have its own bridge to the beach.
The rooms are great and he bed is amazing and fluffy.
If you are.looking to be in the hotel, enjoy the beach, walk around and get some drinks ia great, the boulevard is 3 block from there. We loves our stay and for sure will be back. -

Perfect stay! The hotel exceeded my expectations. I just loved the king suite we were staying at, it was spacious, had kitchenette and everything we needed. Rooms looked brand new, simple but very cozy, nicely decorated. It was very convenient to have a parking place just beside our room and it was allways available when we got back to the hotel. The beach was just almost within handreach. Perfect location to quickly reach the beach during the day or restaurants at night. And it was very good

I have searched for and stayed at hotels/motels for years in the Ft. Lauderdale-Hollywood-Hallandale area -- with mixed results, actually, mostly disappointing results. 15FTL is by far the best -- cleanest and classiest. The owners were the managers; they were most friendly and helpful. The premises were spotless, the room tastefully decorated and spacious. Everything about 15FTL was first-class. I couldn't recommend this motel with more enthusiasm.

Whden I was looking for accomoadations for my group of seven, I wanted a place that would offer us enough space without having to order three or four hotel room that I could afford. The Winterset Suites is a gem; large apartment style suites; cozy and intimate property; fabuloud friendly staff and priced for those who want the best value for their money. We all loved this hotel and highly recommend it to anyone who doesn't want to stay in a high rise hotel.
