We were in Cleveland for the Race for the Cure. Hotel wasn't far
from anything we were planning on doing, before and after the race. The
view was wonderful and staff was very friendly!! Will stay here again,
next trip. -

Hotel is very nice, love the historic feel. Also love the central
location downtown- lots to do within walking distance. Liked that there
were shops adjoined to the hotel. Breakfast in the room was very good as

The staff was great, friendly. Had a nice breakfast Buffett in the morning for 9.95. Convenient. The pool was centrally located and nice. But the ladies at the hotel were wonderful, friendly and helped us with things to do and were to go! We will definitely stay here again! -

Booked this mostly because of the great rate (better than most others), but was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the room and amenities. Great location, near Lola restaurant. Free breakfast (with table service), free wifi. Stayed on a Wednesday night, when there were free drinks and food at the managers reception. A real find! -

I was very impressed with your hotel. We travel extensively, throughout the world, and I would rank your hotel among the top ten we have ever stayed in. Nice facilities, intimate, friendly, clean, well equipped rooms. I don't think any of the above best describes your hotel. I think warm and intimate fits better. -

The hotel has a shuttle service to take you to anywhere within two miles which is great. The shuttle took me to the nearby train station to go to the airport although I missed my flight as it took so long to go there by train. the service provided by the hotel was good. -

The staff were excellent. They went out of their way to provide for us in ways that were not required. For example, they provided us with a free breakfast even though we had not rented a room for which that came packaged. They also provided free internet in our rooms. The staff were very attentive and friendly.
