What intrigued me was the fact that this hotel was brand new. It was very clean and the staff was incredibly helpful. I had a personal issue with the credit card I used to hold the room and the staff and Bookings.com were quick to resolve the issue. I liked the room, the tv channels, the price, the bar/lounge area, the pool/hot tub, the gym, the restaurant, the free shuttle buses, and the professional staff. I also like the fact that the owners of the hotel came up to me to see how my stay was going and if I needed anything. All in all, I had an excellent stay. The location, being so close to foxwoods, has got to be the very best thing about my stay.

Love the convienience of the 24 hour shuttle to the casino. All of the employees were great besides the front desk. Overall I would come again. -
I loved the separet rooms, with the litlle living room, and an extra tv in the bedroom .... Perfect !

I loved the experiene of staying at a casino for the first time. I loved that there were smoke free casinos available. The food at the hard rock was delicious. The room was quiet and the staff was very helpful and friendly.
