The check-in process was quick and efficient. I had requested a top floor via letsbookhotel.com, which I did not originally get upon check-in. Dated property. Smoking allowed in restaurant/casino/reception areas. Notified staff of two issues in room - water running in toilet and balky bathroom light switch - on second of three day stay. No action had been taken upon checkout. Charged more on bill than agreed upon amount. Pricing discrepancy resolved by letsbookhotel.com after inquiry by traveler.

Unlike the Vegas casino hotels, Courtyard focuses on the needs of guests. After many stays in strip hotels, Courtyard was a blessing. Highly recommend to anyone who is not there to gamble. So much more comfortable. -

This must be our 7th trip to the Wynn. We love it. It's relaxing & has a spa feeling, yet if you're in Las Vegas to gamble, you sure can do that as well. The whole hotel is excellent. In all my travel I am yet to see anything like the Wynn Las Vegas. I thought the Atlantis Dubai was awesome till I visited Wynn. The Wynn Encore combo is ah mazing!!! And looks everything like the pictures on letsbookhotel.com website. No photo shopping here.We will definitely visit again. This time spend a longer time to really enjoy what this hotel has to offer. This was a much quieter casino hotel and suited us well, it was very well situated and next to the fashion mall and on the strip bus route near the premier outlet for those who enjoy shopping. I loved the modern design. Being a Vegas hotel, the ventilation system
was awesome because I could hardly smell the cigarette smoke. The clubs,
restaurants and pools are the best. The spa is amazing. I never left the
Wynn property for three day! It was my birthday weekend and we ate at
Andrea's and the food was delicious. The service was excellent. I am
definitely coming back asap!

Great room for the price, nice and roomy. We had two bedrooms and two bathrooms which was perfect. I love the fact that it is right off the strip. Parking was a breeze and you can walk right onto LV Blvd. I tried the jockey club later and it was a real pain to park and we had to walk 5 miles to the room it seemed like. Great place I highly recommend.

Having a suite with a kitchenette made the stay much easier. Could have breakfast in the suite or even food ready to take for lunches and such. Bed was comfortable and suite was well laid out. Staff were helpful and accommodating. All staff we met were helpful and friendly.We dodged the timeshare sell bullet that some have referred to (didn't take their promised incentives so they didn't push the matter).

the strip but its only 10 mins by foot which suited us. At night it was

The hotel was luxurious, the rooms were wonderful. You are only a 5 minute walk away from the main strip and with the hotel not having casino facilities it also meant you could escape the hustle and bustle of Vegas. - room size, great staff

I upgraded my room after seeing "ask about a room upgrade" on
the video monitor when I checked in. For an extra $20 a nite I got a
