We loved that we were not only steps away from our own little private beach, but also a half-block walk to a larger public beach. Not only that, but we were walking distance to a restaurant that was good for lunch and dinner as well. The suite was small, but practical with a small fridge, stove, microwave, TV, sofa and dining table. The room size was amazing. Stayed in a 2 bedroom suite, was very impressed with the configuration, bedding, kitchen, bathroom and most importantly the cleanliness of the room. -

Breakfast was good cooked breakfast as well as cereals, yoghurts, bagels, toast & cake.

We had adjoining rooms, one for my boyfriend and I and my mother and brother which was very nice. The rooms were spacious, had refrigerators, iron and ironing board, hair dryer. Does exactly what it promises to - no fuss and efficient accommodation. Pool was a nice advantage. Trusting freindly owners. Much better value than many comparable properties in Dennis. Late check in no problem - they simply left us the key and we did the necessaries the next day. -

This place was amazing!!! Denise and Steve were the best hosts that we have encountered in a long time, very friendly, outgoing. Our stay was the best only not long enough!
