  I was upgraded free of charge to a room with a hot tub and I appreciated it so much! I'd been traveling all afternoon after presenting a workshop in a city south of Salt Lake earlier in the day. The staff made me feel welcome and the room was quiet, clean, and comfy. The breakfast was just right.   Out of all the places we stayed that were in this class of hotel this had the best rooms. - The price, the staff is nice and offered us some bottles of cold water upon arrival. When staying at the motel you get a 10% discount in the diner next door.
