We have been a guest 4 times now . it is the most tranquil place we have been even when full we feel like we are in a hideaway .Staff down to a man or woman are totally respectful and treated us both like royalty . Lovely Villas and very friendly staff. Loved the pool and sun deck. Have read complaints regarding the restaurant and the fact that there is only one with limited choice. It is pricy, but there are other restaurants close by with the Al Hamra hotel within walking distance on the same property. For the limited number of Villas one can't realistical

Every Thursday they ha - Magnificent architecture and landscape. Friendly polite staff. Best hotel I have ever stayed in. The pools are beautiful. I enjoyed collecting the colourful shells along the sea side. As soon as I arrived home I re-booked to go again in five weeks time. Because of our wonderful experience four of our friends also booked for an early March weekend

Al Hamra Fort and Beach Resort is perfect escape to unwind. I love the rakDuty Free provided in the hotel. - It was a return to Ras Al Khaimah after 33 years. Very pleased to see such a luxurious resort. The restaurant manager Mr. Abraham was very friendly and efficient.

This hotel is situated in front of the RAK creek with nice views. Very clean and comfortable hotel The front desk staff Khaled and Harat were very helpful and friendly. We were upgraded to a executive suite. The hotel offers the facilities of the other two hotels Beach Hotel and the Beach Resort Hotel (private beaches, pools and facilities thereon) free of charge. We visited both resorts and really had a wonderful time. Highly recommended.

Friendly staff. They are very helpful and always smiling to all theguests. Very good location and clean. Nice food but expensive. TheAyurveda centre is the best place for body massage. If we have chance,we will come back again and I highly recommended to all my friends. - honestly everything

Friendly staff specially the reception team, the assistant manager (Nader) was responding personally to all guests requests.
Also all observations were addressed in exceptionally quick way compared to other even 5 stars hotels.
I also liked the access granted to the Beach resort.
Overall I am quite satisfied for getting value for my money. -

Room rates are very good . Overall a very nice hotel to stay in. Top marks go to the reception staff, who always make an effort to offer a warn welcome , :)

This hotel is a gem, we try to visit every few months for a break away. The service is excellent and customer care is one of the best. Reception staff, Alison, Maria etc. cannot be anymore welcoming. They are perfect and why we go back

Minar Mall is across the road which is basically the only real available mall in RAK. Then its the RAK free trade zone which is a few streets away. If you are on a business trip and would like to save money as well then I recommend this hotel. - Good buffet in the evening. Great view from rooftop restaurant.
