Equipe muito atenciosa, todos muito prestativos e prontos para ajudar. Localizado ao lado do Mall of Emirates, muito facil de chegar e pegar o metro. -
Já é a terceira vez que hospedamos neste hotel. Recomendo principalmente pela localização e pelo conforto. O staff é sempre solícito.

The first day we arrived at the hotel we did not check in until the next
day. This was so we could drop our luggage off and go on a overnight
desert safari. They were very accommodating with storing our luggage and
letting us access it. They do have free wireless internet in the rooms
and lobby. I know letsbookhotel.com only says wired but it is w

Stayed for 2 days at this apartment and found them well equipped and roomy with kitchen albeit with no views other that the buildings next door.
Check-in was efficient and staff were friendly.
Well located next to the Mall of the Emirates and with a small grocery store and café located close by.
We didn't get to eat breakfast here as we woke late however, my observation of the menu seemed to indicate a reasonable array of choice. I didn't get to use the pool or gym either so cant pass comment h

good location. i stayed in a 2-bedroom-apartment, which was a great value for money. very clean. all the necissities are available. i'd certainly come back to this hotel and recommend it to my friends - verey nice hotel .

O hotel é perfeito, com uma excelente localização ao lado do shopping com a estação de metrô. Wi-fi e estacionamento grátis e uma equipe sempre pronta à atender a tudo. Contratamos o aluguel do carro e passeio ao deserto com o concierge e deu tudo certo. Tem ônibus grátis para a praia e para o Dubai Mall. Recomendo. -

it's a very comfortable 4-stars, big room, quiet, clean, all fine. During the good season you can easily reach the mall on foot, during hot months definitely not.
I never ate inside so i cant rate this aspect, and i was lucky to be on the side opposite to the night club (many guests complain about the noise, i did not hear anything at all). They were very kind to make my room at 8 pm because i had inadvertently left the "do not disturb" hanging outside the door all day. The staff is very frien
