  Desk manager was excellent, as were front desk employees. We had a problem with a trainee front desk staff; 1st) the trainee made my wife pay a deposit before they would give her the key. Ok, understood. The manager was very apologetic and refunded the mone - It is a lovely hotel, pure luxury in Emirates style. The room was a good size and beautifully decorated. I had a good view of the city. The rooftop pool was heated and a nice way to get some exercise. Since taxis are relatively cheap in Abu Dhabi, I used them to get around. But the bus station is literally right across the street so you could easily use buses to get around. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Grand Millennium and would stay again!

  My husband and i went to St. Regis for his bday and we took our little daughter with us. We enjoyed every minute of the stay. There was not a single flaw in the service. The butler service was great. the beach was spotless. The staff were extremely friendly. And ofcourse the food was really good.   I thought the Le Meridien Abu Dhabi was an excellent hotel - the staff were incredibly helpful and the room was amazing considering the price we paid! Would go back in an instant. - Everything is positive. No negative comments on Le Meridien Hotel. Services is superb, food is delicious, facilities are great! What else can I say?

  The hotel was like a home away from home. I booked a single room but due to unavailability, i was upgraded to a suite FOC. The suite had all the facilities you could want in a home. There is a shopping mall at the other wing so it was very conveninent to shop while i lodged, and it was fully accessible from the hotel.
