  Debbie is a wonderful host and we will more than definitely be returning here if we were to travel to the Lakes again. The room was very tidy and exactly what you would need from a B&B, if not more. There was even a television with DVD player and a huge selection of DVDs to choose from - excellent for one of those rainy evenings. The breakfast... o que as pessoas dizem » is simple, but very good and everything is made fresh on the spot. - The staff are the best asset of the hotel as they are very hospitable and friendly. I would like to personally thank Debbie who assisted us and attended all our demands. I would certainly recommend the place to my friends who will visit the place also to travellers and tourist who are looking for comfortable and convenient but very affordable accomodation.

  Very welcoming and child friendly. The kitchen had everything you could need and bedrooms were comfortable. Very useful to have parking just outside. - The apartment was very spacious and modern decoration inside. Very clean and tidy inside and very close to the town of Windermere

Even if the appartment had been less than perfect (which it wasn't) it wouldn't have mattered because Graham & Janett are just so nice ! Very clean shower !   Excellent location. The apartment was very well equiped and the ownermade us feel very welcome. Although we stayed there in summer it wasquite cold and wet but heating was available all day if we wanted touse it.
