  A perfect start to our holidays. The Anchor Inn is one of those places one can dream off. An old Inn which has been modernized with a cosy touch. Our bedroom was very comfortable and clean with wonderful views between two of the prettiest counties Northumberland and Durham. The staff were very friendly and after we had toured the area which I can ... o que as pessoas dizem » recommend we had a lovely meal, a good nights sleep and a wonderful full English Breakfast (which kept us going all day). A very relaxing stay and I - We are so happy we held our wedding reception here. We cannot praise the staff enough, they really took the stress away and we had an amazing evening. We also stayed overnight, very clean comfortable room and had a lovely breakfast. Would reccomend the anchor inn to anyone. Everyone commented about what a lovely place it was. A special Thankyou to dan and karen :) for decorating the anchor perfectly :).
