  Cleanliness..the MOST important aspect in my book, relating to the whole place and not just the rooms. Professionalism....all staff. Friendly and chatty....all staff, especially Kikki & Sarah. Late licence is great and with controlled entry = no p--s heads from another pub! Also noticed Kikki had an eye on the bar noise level late on.....cont... o que as pessoas dizem » rolled enjoyment achieved with just a quiet word....obviously taking into account sleepers in the rooms above!.....you have the place spot on in my op - We stayed in room 105, all looked brand new, very comfy bed and a sparkly bathroom. The rooms had also been soundproofed as when we came down for dinner their was a live band playing and we hadn't heard a thing till we were coming down the stairs. One of the bar staff asked if we had heard anything and was pleased that we hadn't. All the staff were lovely, very friendly and cheerful. A decent roast dinner, large portion and tasty, good cooked breakfast with particularly nice sausages.
