The fact that my partner and i did not make it for breakfast after a rather late night an although check out time was stated at 10am, the staff left us till 12 ish ( much appreciated ) - Nice clean rooms, look as if they have recently been re decorated.

All the rooms weren't the same which was really good mad it more individual. The pool was a nice extra and allowed you to relax. Extremely friendly and welcoming staff, especially Andrew. Room was very comfortable and spotless. The buffet breakfast was delicious with a varied choice for all palates and dietary requirements. The town center is few minutes walk from the B&B where we had pleasant dinner. It was one of the best stays during our week sent traveling around Scotland. If you travel by car and visit Stirling castle, we recommend The Knowe Guest House to stay before or after.

receptionist said I could have dinner in my room if I preferred, which

I thought the rooms, or more importantly, the room I received was absolutely fabulous. It was spacious and luxurious. Highly recommend it for the room that I was allocated however I did see some of the other rooms as family members were staying and there double rooms were extremely small, but again I can only comment for my self and extremely happy

The host was probably the nicest person that we have ever met!
Everything was great from the beginning when we found ourselves in the
hall till friendly good-bye. We loved the breakfast with haggis, real
feast in the morning! There is a warm, homely atmosphere in the house
and we will get back there sooner or later and maybe this time we will
