The hotel was in a great location for Shanklin, it was clean very
comfortable and had a fantastic breakfast collection. James and Paula
were very helpful as well as organising our ferry travel they also had a
handy pack in the room with local walks and island attractions, they
also requested guests to review where they had eaten, this certainly
helped with our decisions. Overall a fantastic place and would stay
again if ever on the island.

Enchanted Manor was everything and more than we could have wished for.Superb Suite, which I am sure they all are ,every comfort thoughtfully catered for.and very clean..beautiful sea views..wonderful breakfast and above all ..the most lovely hosts, who made you really feel at home. We didn't stop smiling from the minute we drove into the car park.

The decor of the rooms is absolutely magical! The hotel has a feel of luxury and the owners are perfect hosts! The food was perfect and the hot tub an inspired addition to the lovely garden! I would thoroughly recomend Enchanted Manor!

Very relaxing stay at the Lakeside Park, all staff were very friendly, room was very comfortable and clean. Spa area also very clean and facilities good. Breakfast was excellent, something for everyone and plenty of it. The dining area was also spotless and the staff were very friendly, even early in the morning. Would definitely stay there again whilst visiting Isle of Wight

Lots of little details that were great, many of which mentioned before. A top notch English breakfast for me, and a willingly adapted breakfast for my Turkish girlfriend. Silent fridge and silent ceiling fan were both much appreciated in the room. Ensuite shower also good with plenty of power. -

We thought the position if hotel good. A Little more refinement without
costing much. Perhaps have have soft music playing in restaurant and bar
area Attention to detail and prep with food eg no horseradish sauce and
had to ask for mustard eat none offered. Cheese board bland just
literally cheese and biscuits. Needed accompniments ue grapes celery and
butter. Bread and butter was missing one morning and had to be fetched
from sister hotel this is just poor organisation. But the staff were
love

The Eversley is a very clean, tidy and well looked after hotel. The staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. The various lounge areas felt particularly relaxing and makes it very easy to socialise with the other guests or find a more secluded area if one so desired. We loved the breakfasts. We liked the way you go for a stroll on the cliff-tops

Some day I would like to stay at this hotel again. -
We were offered an upgrade on arrival to a premium room at a attractive price that was well worth it as the room was my larger and had a very comfy sofa. Staff were very friendly and wanted to help. Location was very good and only a short drive to the beech, easily walkable but would be uphill on way back.
Will stay again if we go back to the Isle of Wight.

The location was ideal especially with the cliff lift so near. It was so convenient in the evening to use it to and from the restaurants on the sea front. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel had a welcoming and relaxing feel ot it. -
