The room is bright and clean. Although we had an external bathroom,
there were no complaints at all because the bathroom was really huge.
Quite a selection of complementry drinks in the room. Free bottle of
mineral water which is uncommon for bed and breakfast. The guest house
is very homely and tastefully decorated. The much ravelled about eggs
benedict is really awesome, a good selection of cerals and fruits too.
No complains at all. Beautiful beach walking distance away.

I booked this hotel for someone else to stay. Unfortunatly this person was taken ill during her visit. The hotel and staff were absolutely wonderful, helped her in every way, visited her in hospital, and collected her when she was discharged. She has nothing but praise for the hotel and its staff - From the minute we arrived the welcome said it all

Upgrade to executive suite for no extra charge. Leisure Club facilities and very friendly and helpful staff who made you feel very welcome. Breakfasts were excellent too. I liked the whole experience of staying at the Piersland. We received a warm welcome and were shown to the most beautiful room which had a wonderful bathroom almost as big as the room. The welcome in the dining room was equally as good and the food and wine were excellent. As we had to leave next morning to catch an early ferry, the staff went out

sample all of the Piersland's facilities. However I did find the
staff and bar service first class. The room was the lodge/cottage to
the left. My partner and I were very pleasantly surprised by the comfort
and layout. Room service breakfast was more than sufficient.

This cute b&b by the sea was very clean, the staff was extremely helpful, nice and welcoming, and the location was perfect to be able to walk to the train station and the sea.
