  We were delighted with how clean the room and facilities were. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. At the Pontefract North location the kids play zone was a god-send for our 2 and 5 year olds.   The large room suited all my children and myself. The room was equipped with a fan to keep us cool. Tea and coffee facilities were good and the bathroom was lovely.   I was pleasantly surprised. Perfectly suitable for an inexpensive stay. I am in the construction industry and just need somewhere to sleep when I cannot drive home but Metro Inns offer more than that. I will be using Metro again very soon. I rated 'fair' for facilities simply because Metro does not offer what most people would consider faciliti... o que as pessoas dizem » es, however for me a nice room, with a microwave and a fridge were facilities enough for what I paid. - The rooms have plenty of space, they are clean and tidy, good to find a microwave and a good size TV (not like those other budget hotels with they 20inch tvs) Not a 4star but a very, very good budget hotel. I foubd all the staff very helpful and friendly nothing was too much trouble, we would stay there again. - The rooms very big, clean and comfortable. It was very affordable, we paid £30 for a double room. It is right by the A1 highway, but it was very quiet. There was a small incident as the boiler broke down before we got there, they offered us a discount, and access to another room with shower. Highly recommended
