  we were very impressed with the hotel as we often stop at holiday inn and this one was above average.all staff were very nice and it was easy to find and very near the bowl where we were going. - Very efficient, helpful and friendly staff. Room was clean and comfortable. Good selection of choice at the continental breakfast buffet.

  A soon as we arrived we met with a very helpful and laid back receptionist, Victor, who couldn't have been more accommodating. The entire weekend was enhanced by the unbelievably helpful and pleasant staff that work here: from the bar staff in the restaurant to the reception staff and house keeping in the Premier Inn. Despite reviews - the hotel was in a lovely location with the lake right next to it was very nice and peaceful at night time not much noise was a very nice and relaxing stay..the rooms were very clean and tidy and the bed was very comfy for a hotel..the pub underneath was very nice staff very friendly and very helpful and the food was lovely we almost had seconds

  The food in the restaurant was brilliant; one of the best meals I have had. - The food from the grill. Having breakfast delivered to my room and put in a fridge and being able to check out the night before which saves hassle in the morning.
