Across the road from a large supermarket, cafe and cinema (which were very handy on a wet day!). The hotel itself is perfect. The staff were extremely helpful, the rooms large and spacious, beautiful bathrooms, everywhere spotlessly clean. Over our stay we had breakfast, lunch and dinner in the hotel which were all very good and excellent value, altho the portions could do with being smaller - we had no room for puddings!

  The Derrin was very convenient to both the Ferry and the downtown area. Immaculately clean and a great owner/staff. We were very pleased with the accommodations and the pricing is very good. Most importantly, we would return for another visit should the need arise to visit Larne and use the ferry services. We were a late booking, but the proprietor was still more than willing to work with us and arrange for an early breakfast the following morning.
