Price and location in central London was excellent - the hotel is very central just off oxford street the staff were very helpfull and the rooms were very comfortble and came with a hairdryer iron and ironing board i will use it again

Went as a group of two couples and one single person for an overnight stay prior to a day at Chelsea Flower Show.The staff were extremely helpful when I phoned with a few questions prior to booking. The rooms and shower facilities were clean, with clean bedding and large bath-towels! Bed was comfortable and shower-gel/soap available in bathroom.

Reasonable price, excellent location near Victoria and easy to find. The
room was nice. Comfy bed, tv in room, clean. Breakfast was ok - toast
(they could top this up more), croissants, cereal, yoghurt, tinned
fruit, coffee machine, staff were friendly when I was making a mess!
Free wifi in my room even in the attic, tea tray which was nice. They
had an iron which was good. Excellent hairdryer.

The apartment was ideal for a family of four.
The facilities throughout the apartment were more than adeqate for our city visit and although we were only in London for 2 nights I would gladly of used this apartment for a much longer visit.
The staff we met were very friendly and informative. -
