  It was the most friendly Bed and Breakfast we have ever stayed at .We had 5 days there and Boo and Matt were always on hand to make our stay a pleasure nothing was to much trouble . We enjoyed the fact that the Host sat with us at breakfast , we enjoyed some very pleasant conversations setting us up to enjoy the rest of the day - A wonderful B&am... o que as pessoas dizem » p;B. Comfortable,clean and very friendly. Boo and Matt made us really welcome and their breakfasts are fantastic and very sociable occasions. They have a real gift for hospitality.   Booked a one night stay on my iphone about 1 hour before we arrived, even so, the booking had gone through and check in was very simple. Not much you can say about a Premier Inn really, clean, functional, conveniently located, good value breakfast next door at the pub. What makes this one stand out however were the staff. We didn't need disabled facili - Everything. Te staff is very friendly and helpfull. The room was big enough for four of us. We found the location perfect because it is close to several great places (Minach theatre, St Ives, st Michael mount, seal sanctuary...). We were at the hotel during st jude hurricane and it seems that nothing happened there. Finally, the restaurantis close to the hotel (like 5 meters) and there is a big place for kids to play.   From the minute we arrived we had the most wonderful stay , only wish we had stayed longer, we had booked last minute and only needed 1 night Sue greeted us and showed us to our room , the room was of very high standard, compared to the previous night stay at the Travelodge we thought we where in heaven, the bathroom was amazing ,we also had a qui... o que as pessoas dizem » te fridge which had jam and clotted cream to go with the homemade scones set out to greet us !!!!- The bath robes where so thick and warm ( which was - This is a 5 star plus B&B from the moment we arrived we were made to feel completely comfortable. The breakfasts were varied and substantial if there was anything else you wanted Sue would only be too happy to oblige.
